Mobile/Fixed Surveillance

This course is designed to teach students to conduct mobile, foot, and fixed surveillance in urban, residential, and rural environments.  Students will be instructed on effective team communications and coordinated movements while conducting surveillance in a covert manner.  Students will further be instructed on planning procedures and research methods to prepare for surveillance operations.  Students should be prepared to conduct a minimum of 4 hours of surveillance per day to include, sitting, standing, walking, and driving during the exercises.  Students will be required to wear weather appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes.

Minimum of 8 students.
